Bhilwara Tourism Guide

Bhilwara, synonymous with industries such as textile mills and stone quarries, is home to a small district of the same name in southern Rajasthan. Bhilwara known for its industries is not very unusual, because the city has developed primarily as a large-scale industrial city.

After being raped by the invaders many centuries, the British offered to turn it into a successful commercial center in the 19th century. So Bhilwara itself is not very attractive and may not in the conventional tourist route, especially when it is surrounded by a crowd of more glamorous destinations such as Chittaurgarh (54 kilometers), Rajsamand (87 kilometers) and Udaipur (151 kilometers).

Other Attractions

But a trip to Bhilwara is not completely useless, some of the attractions such as Bath, Bijolia, Menal, Shahpura, Gangapur and Mandal to supply good surprises for people who like the tread of the track out of the ordinary. And most of all, this small quiet town has a very interesting past to presume.
